6 . Status of Shopping Agent Orders

Payment Pending:
Order submitted and awaiting payment. Please complete the payment within 72 hours or it will be canceled automatically.
Process Pending:
Order paid. We will purchase for you as soon as possible.
Underpaid:
The amount you paid for the order is lower than the actual amount, so the order is in underpaid status. Please pay the difference and we will continue the order for you as soon as possible.
Order Pending:
Order submitted and waiting for purchaser to verify.
Order Processing:
The system is processing your order. The order has been assigned to the designated purchaser and is ready to be ordered from the seller.
Purchased:
The order has been purchased and is waiting for delivery to YOLBUY.
Shipped (Local):
The seller has sent out items to the YOLBUY warehouse.
Received:
The order has arrived at YOLBUY and is waiting for inspection.
Stock arrived:
Item inspection and weighing have been completed. Waiting for the warehouse to stock the item.
Stored in warehouse:
The items of the order have been stored in the YOLBUY warehouse and can be shipped out at any time within the free storage period.
Clear Balance:
The actual purchase cost exceeds the original order payment. The user needs to pay the difference before further purchasing.
Invalid:
Your order may be considered invalid for the following reasons: The price and product name you submitted do not match. The actual item does not have pictures or description. The item is virtual or prohibited.
Order withdrawn:
The order is cancelled due to the buyer's cancellation of the order, customs restrictions, or other reasons. The refund has been sent to your YOLBUY account.
Returning:
Your items have been sent back to the seller upon the seller's consent. Waiting for the seller's refund.
Returned:
Return and refund completed. The refund has been sent to the user's YOLBUY account.
Exchanging:
Processing exchange for you after consultation with the seller.
Separated to ship:
Your product may be sent by the seller with another courier. The shopping agent will help you verify with the seller as soon as possible.
Confirmation pending:
The purchaser needs to confirm information with you.
Expired:
The storage period for the item expires or you have chosen to abandon the item. The system is notified and will destroy the item accordingly.
International delivery fee pending:
Parcel submitted. Waiting for payment.
Processing:
International shipping fee paid. Waiting for shipment from the warehouse.
Shipped (International):
The item has been sent out.
Completed:
The item has been delivered to you.
Status of the Submitted Parcel Orders
Unpaid:
Parcel submitted. You need to finish payment within 72 hours.
Verifying:
You have submitted the parcel. Please wait for confirmation.
Verified:
The parcel you submitted has been verified and will leave the warehouse soon.
Leaving the Warehouse:
Your product(s) is(are) currently being sorted and will leave the warehouse soon.
Packaging:
Your product(s) has(have) left the warehouse and we will pack them for you.
Packaging Completed:
The parcel will be picked up by the courier soon.
Shipped:
The courier has picked up your parcel.
Order Return:
Your parcel is cancelled due to reasons including incorrect or incomplete receiver information such as name and address, or the parcel contains items that are prohibited by the shipping method you have chosen, etc.
Domestic Return:
Your parcel is returned to our warehouse because it did not pass the security check of the Chinese customs.
Overseas return:
Your parcel is returned from abroad because of failure to pass customs inspection or other delivery problems.
Confirmed Receipt:
You have received the parcel.
