1 . Disclaimers of Shopping Agent

1. Sensitive Products


Items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, and glue are considered sensitive. To ensure successful delivery, we will remove these items from your order.

2. Customs Policy


Items containing brands, a large volume of liquid or powders, electrical products, etc. may be restricted by customs policies, and there are certain risks in sending them. If consequences are caused by the above risks, YOLBUY is not responsible for customs clearance and related legal responsibilities.

3. Professional Inspection Limitations


If you purchase electric equipment, brand items, tickets, cards, etc., we cannot conduct professional inspections (i.e. quality, authenticity, completeness, etc.). Inspectors can only check whether the items' appearance is in good condition or if the accessories are complete but cannot turn on the equipment to check the quality.

4. Fragile Items


Ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped items (such as wipers or automatic dampers) may be prone to damage during transit. Although we ensure item integrity before delivery, any damage incurred during shipping and categorized as fragile by logistics will require you to bear the associated losses.

5. Customized Products


If you order customized items, we recommend directly negotiating with the seller to ensure your specifications are met. After successful negotiations, provide us with relevant details or communication records with the seller via Wangwang chat. Since we cannot professionally inspect customized items, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.

6. Deposit Orders


According to Taobao seller regulations, deposit orders cannot be canceled once placed. Additionally, you must monitor seller communications and promptly settle outstanding balances to facilitate item delivery. Failure to clear outstanding balances within a specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Sellers with Poor Credit


We suggest choosing reputable stores with at least three hearts and Taobao Guarantee coverage. Low-credit sellers without guarantee coverage may pose risks such as false delivery, non-delivery, lack of after-sales service, and inadequate rights protection. You are responsible for any losses resulting from dealing with such sellers.
