1 . Tutorial of Forwarding Service

This article centers around the proper and swift creation of forwarding orders. Do feel free to read it!!!

I. Application Scenarios for Forwarding Orders
For domestic merchants: If you need to send goods to overseas users, you can send the parcel to the YOLBUY warehouse to utilize convenient international logistics services.
For domestic users: If you need to send objects to overseas friends and relatives, you can send the parcels to the YOLBUY warehouse to avail of the convenient international logistics service.

For overseas users: If you need to send goods purchased from third-party platforms (such as Taobao, Weidian, Jingdong) overseas, you can send the parcel to the YOLBUY warehouse to use the convenient international logistics service.


How to Create a Forwarding Order

Step 1: Click "Forwarding Order" on the home page or enter the "My Orders" interface and click "+ Forwarding Order Self Service" at the top of the page to jump to the interface for creating forwarding orders.


Please carefully peruse this statement prior to creating a forwarding order. Once you have read it, check the box "I have read and accept the above items" and click the "ok" button to fill out the forwarding order.

Step 2: Obtain the YOLBUY warehouse address via the forwarding order filling page and provide it to the sender to send the products to that address. Also, ask the sender for the courier bill number.

Step 3: As per the requirements on the page, please fill in the information of the tracking number of the goods to be shipped. Correctly filling in the parcel's tracking number can maximize the efficiency of forwarding order entry and product information matching, reducing the processing time delay caused by the YOLBUY team's interaction with you and secondary confirmation due to incorrect information filling.

Step 4: After entering all the courier numbers, click "Submit" to generate the forwarding PO order. You can view it in "My Orders".

Please note:

  1. When creating a forwarding order, each additional line of courier order number implies adding an order (PO). The YOLBUY team will classify the products in an order (PO) under a product PI, take QC photos and store them in the warehouse. If the number of products in a single express parcel is large and the volume of a single unit is large, the YOLBUY team will take QC photos of the products in the parcel separately and store them in the warehouse. In such cases, you will see multiple product PIs.
  2. Ensure to fill in the correct courier bill number that needs to be forwarded as per the logistics bill number provided by the merchant.
