Free Storage:
YOLBUY provides 90 days of free storage for general shopping agent and parcel forwarding orders. The calculation starts from the day your item is stocked in the warehouse. An email reminder will be sent to users before the item expires. If a user fails to dispatch the item after the 90-day period and provides no feedback, the item will be considered abandoned. YOLBUY will destroy the expired items.

Priority Channel to Customer Service:
- VIP6 and VIP5 users enjoy priority access to online customer service (when logged in) and are exempt from waiting in the queue.
- Priority: Business Team Member & VIP6 Users & VIP5 Users > VIP0 - VIP4 Users.
- Users of the same priority level will be served according to the time order of their requests.
